性能特點
ZL30F-II型裝載機是引進日本小松技術(shù),經(jīng)過計算機優(yōu)化設計而形成的新一代產(chǎn)品,具有以下特點:
·加長臂設計,使整機卸載高度和卸載距離比普通機型有較大提高。
·采用全密封減震型駕駛室,降低機內(nèi)噪音,可選配冷暖空調(diào),提高駕駛室舒適性和安全性。
·采用全液壓轉(zhuǎn)向,動力換檔變速,工作裝置液壓操縱,使整機操縱靈活輕便,動作平穩(wěn)可靠。
·中央鉸接式車架,轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑小,機動靈活。便于在狹窄場地作業(yè)。
·液力機械式傳動,能根據(jù)外界阻力的大小而自動無級變速。既能充分利用發(fā)動機的功率,又提高了整機的機動性。簡化了裝載機的操作。還可對傳動部件和發(fā)動機起保護作用。
·定軸式動力換檔變速箱,吸收美國克拉克技術(shù),連用三年無大修。
·車體長,車身重,牽引力比其它廠家大,掘起力比其它廠家大。
·單翻斗缸,Z型轉(zhuǎn)斗機構(gòu),實現(xiàn)巨大掘起力。
