·崗位描述·
崗位職責(zé)：
-Comply with Shell Group HSSE policy and rules, and lab related requirement, to ensure no harm to people and no HSSE incident
-Proactively participate in all plant HSSE activities, and report any potential hazard
-Conduct lab testing, analysis and release for component, bulk intermediate and lube finished product according to Shell quality standard. Ensure timely and accurate result
-Conduct formulation lab trial and optimization as per instruction from supervisor
-Provide quality assurance support to production, assist to analyze and resolve quality problems during production process
-Conduct test for returned good, expired product, suspect fake, customer sample issue CQQ and test report as per customer’s requirement
-Daily maintenance and regular calibration of lab testing instruments
-Update lab procedure and work instruction
其他要求：
-College diploma or above in chemistry field
-At least 3 years working experience in chemical lab testing field-Proven testing instrument usage skill. Be familiar with quality analytical tools
-Knowledge of ISO9000 quality management system
-Sound English reading and PC skill
-Team player, strong sense of accountability
